location location location!
close proximity short walk sky train friendly staff
I was super excited that the hotel was so close to everything. there were tons of restaurants just a short walk away, i mean, a few blocks is nothing! the sky train station being right next door was a lifesaver. I never waited long. also the staff was friendly!
the fridge in my room just didn't want to turn on, it was a bummer.

The staff was courteous. everyone answered my questions. they really helped me find my way around and checkout was super easy. i also got prompt taxi service. it reminded me of they enjoyed helping.

I found burrard station entry just across the street, it was very convenient. Plus, all the major tourist services have a stop right outside the hotel. made getting around so much easier! the hotel also has free wifi.

Starbucks in the foyer was perfect for grabbing a drink before heading out, i loved that. there was a restaurant on site and i thought it was great! i never had to go far for food or coffee. That's awesome.

a generally satisfactory stay
smooth check-in convenient location friendly staff dirty windows improper flower display poor valet service
the check-in process was smooth. the location was close to many restaurants and stores. buses to attractions departed near the hotel, convenient for transportation. staff members were also friendly.
the windows looked dirty, detracting from the room's appearance. i requested flowers to be delivered to my room, but they were not displayed properly. the valet service was also lacking upon arrival.

dated rooms inconsistent housekeeping
The location is perfectly situated to explore downtown. It is very near the waterfront and cruise port.
I found the rooms felt quite dated. The hotel was also often very busy. Housekeeping quality was inconsistent. Carpets needed vacuuming even after cleaning

the hotel location was central. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. the lobby featured a cherry blossom theme, very beautiful. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a comfortable bed.
the windows needed cleaning, impacting the room's appearance slightly.

the room had a sixty-five inch tv with accent lighting provided. decent hygiene products were supplied . these touches definitely added to the room's ambiance.

the hotel featured unique elevators. there was a starbucks located directly in the lobby. i found this convenience to be quite beneficial. baggage storage was available both before check-in and after checkout.
